Requests for returns must be made by emailing us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with kendrakit.com. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
